1. Describe Beth-Ann’s behavior. How does Mary Lou feel about it?
Beth-Ann’s behavior is turning into one of the mean girls, she is starting to think she is all thats. Mary Lou really doesn’t care about it she just thinks that she is kind of losing her friend.
2. How does Mary Lou react when Mr.Furtz dies?
She really doesn’t get affected by it.

I agree with your assessment of Beth Ann’s behavior, but not with Mary Lou’s reaction - she was very hurt by Beth Ann’s behavior.
Also, Mary Lou was very upset by Mr. Furtz’s death.
